is BACK! Not sure what happened but it’s just back. I’m bursting with stories to tell and experiences to share.
I sort of went on a (personal) blogging slump sometime in late 2005 when MrG’s ex-wife stalked my old blog (no goss there. I’ve archived all her comments into a private folder in my computer and have since password-protected all the entries she’s commented on), I just lost interest in blogging much about our personal life.
And though I blogged intermittently over the next 3 years since 2005, it wasn’t the same. My heart wasn’t in it. I didn’t know what to share. While my pro blogging gigs flourished, my desire to blog at a personal level waned. When I lost my blogging mojo in 2005, my blog hopping activities took a nose dive too. It was also around that time when my day job got busier than it’s ever been.
So what was the turning point then?
I’m not sure. One day in late December, I woke up (like Sleeping Beauty no less) from a deep blogging slumber. I realised that instead of letting my bad experience in 2005 ruin a beautiful medium like blogging (where I met some of the most wonderful people on the planet. Shout out to all you wonderful peeps in my OLD blog roll Note: My blog roll is now in my Bloglines Feed!), I should ignore and ward off the evil spirits instead. Perhaps I should have this new blog “blessed” lol!
So here I am…to my 3 readers out there (tee hee!), thanks for sticking through 3 years of blogging slump and I look forward to meeting some of you (in person for the first time!) and catching up again when we go to US/Canada in Sep/Oct this year.
As the image on this post represents. I’m ready. I’m standing with both my feet on the ground. But if you take a closer look, my feet are ready to move forward. A move towards re-igniting cyber relationships. Towards new friendships and nurturing the old. A move towards sharing new discoveries and realisation.
Gotta love life!
Stay happy!

Glad you came back to blogging
I needed a break as well. And yeah, there are some bad experiences with blogging, but you just have to take it in stride. I’ve gone through a few as well
Added you to my blogroll ^_^
